For a Major client in the energy sector, we are looking for construction supervisor to support our project.
Duration: 9 months
Start date: January 2026
Job description
The main responsibilities of the Construction / Site supervisor includes, but are not limited to:
- Check the Supplier’s material and technical documentation delivery schedule
- Control and approve the Method Statements submitted by the Subcontractors, ensuring their correct application on the field
- Ensures the implementation of all the welding activities, HSE procedures and standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities
- Participates to the HSE activities at site as defined for his position in the Site HSE plan and related procedures
- To prepare the non-conformity register for each Subcontractor and co-ordinate nonconformity resolution
- To check Subcontractors’ work progress status sheets and sign the same for approval
- To assist the Contract Manager/Engineer in defining new prices, in preparing amendments to subcontracts and in analysing and discussing claims.
Profile required
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Experience of EPC projects that is, building of gas plants, install of gas pipelines, etc
- Good knowledge, in HSE, welding, construction operations, standards and codes
- Fluent German, English is a plus
- Leadership skills and Good team player
