We are looking for a QAQC Engineer/Manager (M/F) to take part in an construction project for one of our clients in the Pharmaceutical sector.
Duration: 1 year
Start date: September 2025
Job description
The main responsibilities of the QAQC Engineer/Manager includes, but are not limited to:
- Ensures that project requirements, standards, and client specifications are met in line with construction codes and regulations
- Prepares technical documentation related to project scope, welding, and inspection requirements etc
- Reviews and approve ITPs, quality procedures, welding records, material certificates, and test reports
- Creates inspection schedules based on the defined inspection strategy
- Conducts on-site and remote inspections, including pre-inspection meetings, in-process checks, and final inspections
- Assigns local inspectors and coordinate their activities or those of inspection agencies
- You release equipment by issuing Inspection Release Notes (IRNs)
- Act as the main contact for the client’s inspection team and supplier quality representatives
Profile required
- Engineer Degree
- IWE or IWT certification
- Knowledge of related standards (ISO, ASME, DNV, API etc.) and experience in NDT (RT, PT, VT)
- German language needed but English as well
- You are pragmatic, autonomous, and capable of making quick, appropriate decisions
